Anyway, last year, the company where I work put on an arts and crafts show for our corporate charity. I participated, and it was a lot of fun. I just found out that they're planning on doing it again this year, and I'm super excited about it. Thankfully, this time I have more notice that it's coming up, so I can prepare for it better...maybe create some new stuff especially for the occasion. But I'll want to include some of my past work too.
My question to you all is this: Which of my past works should I put in the show? I'm not the best judge of my own work sometimes, so I'd like to get the opinions of others about which ones you all think would sell the best. The proceeds will be going to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, but the works don't have to be related to any particular theme. They'd just have to be work-appropriate (no nudity).
Also, if you have any advice on the best way to display my work, that would be helpful too. Last year, I bought some cheap frames for my work, but I didn't feel that showed it off very well. I'd like things to look a little more professional this year, but I'm not really sure the best way to do that. I'd appreciate any input you all can give!
